Planing doors/windows and other odd jobs Handyman

Steve was brilliant! He worked through a long list of snagging jobs and in a day, amongst other tasks, he removed, planed and refitted six verandah doors and several shutters, fitted a casement window opener and magnet catch, mended a door handles where needed, chopped a manky old wardrobe into pieces so we could transport it to the tip... and did other niggly jobs that have needed doing for ages. And he did it all with a ready smile and at a very reasonable rate! Highly recommended. Thanks Steve!

The initial job I advertised was just for tiling, but Steve ended up doing a number of other things for us on top of this, including raising and levelling a hearth, fitting skirting boards, swapping hinges round on a door and fitting it so it opened the opposite way, and a few other smaller jobs. As promised, Steve reduced the cost for some of the work after it took a shorter time to complete than initially estimated. Very happy with his work and we'll use him again as and when we need any further work carried out.

Install geometric mosaic tiles in kitchen

We hired Steve to complete some rather fiddly geometric tiles in our new kitchen. A number of other tilers had turned the job down due to this however Steve was happy to take on the challenge and has done a brilliant job. The tiles look great. Steve was great at communicating with us whilst sorting the fine details and was a very considerate tradesman to have in the house.

I can definitely recommend him if you are looking for a professional and friendly tiler who will take time and care over your job.
